Clarence House: Their Royal Highnesses spent this afternoon visiting Ballater, the local village near their home, Birkhall, which has been affected by severe flooding. They spent time calling on residents and visiting the local church and barracks which have been turned into a soup kitchen and temporary accommodation for those who have been forced to leave their homes.
