Check out my recipe for Teff Almond Porridge and make today a success! #ad Serves 1 Ingredients 3/4 cup unsweetened almond milk 1/4 cup teff 1/4 cup dried cherries, diced 1/4 cup sliced almonds 3 tablespoons unsweetened coconut flakes Directions In a medium saucepan, bring almond milk to a boil. Once almond milk is boiling, add teff and reduce heat to medium. Cook for 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Place the pot top on in between stirring. Remove lid and add cherries, almonds and coconut flakes, saving a pinch of almonds and coconut flakes for garnish. Stir well. Cook approximately 3-5 minutes longer until the liquid has cooked down. Transfer to a cereal-sized bowl and top with almonds and coconut flakes saved for garnish and serve.
